REAPRA is in the process of establishing a start-up within the hospitality industry, and we are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial co-founder to join us. We are open to starting a business within a wide range of sub-segments within the hospitality industry -- however, we would not consider setting up any of the following types of companies at this time: F&B outlets, hotel/hostel chains, or events/festivals. This co-founder will be responsible for deciding the strategic direction of the company as well as for developing and executing a viable business plan.
The co-founder will be responsible for all personnel and business decisions within the company and would be expected to evolve into a fully-fledged CEO within a period of 3-6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectivesOversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missionBuild and lead the executive and operational team, developing a high performing managerial teamMake high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profitsEnforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethicsReview financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvementsBuild trusted relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholdersAnalyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growthImplement strategies for regional expansion and success of the business
